4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk (a little less)
- Preheat oven to 400 degreesF.
- Combine flour and salt
- Beat butter, eggs and oil until combined
- Slowly alternate flour/milk on med or low setting, dough should be a little sticky
- Lightly knead by hand on floured surface to form a ball
- Cut the ball into quarters
- Pat into flat disks
- Use rolling pin to thin to 1/8 inch (keep surface floured to avoid sticking)
- Transfer to an ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake for 10-12 min.
