Okay here's Wednesday, we didn't actually have a recipe for this one but Jen made it today and and gave me an approximate amount of each ingredient, Thank you Jen! (when I asked her to do this for me she said she would as long as she got the credit for it, so Jen there's your credit! : )
Meat Pie
Tenderflake pie crust
1 1/2-2 lbs. hamburger
Seasoning salt
3-4 medium cooked, cubed potatoes
1-2 cups of corn
1-2 cans tomato soup
Mix pie crust as it directed in tenderflake pie crust.
Divide dough in half or so (if there is a bigger piece use for bottom).
Roll out dough (as thin as pie crust) to go up the sides of a 9x13 in. pan.
Brown hamburger, salt, and drain.
Mix filling ing. together and put on top of crust.
Roll out top layer and place on top, seal edges.
Slice through dough a few places.
Bake @425F till golden brown (about 1 hour).
I you want you can just use the filling as a casserole topped with cheese, around here that is known as "Joshua's Favorite Casserole : )
