It's Ker Ker the cook here and I have decided to take over this blog (with mom's ok) and make it a little more interesting!!! (JK!) (well kinda:)
Anyway we just started a new 6 week menu plan this week, so every morning I will be posting the meal for the day (and a dessert here and there:) So....I guess I will start by giving you this weeks menu plan!
Monday:
Roast, Mashed potatoes, Cooked Carrots, Salad (just your everyday lettuce with salad dressing)
Tuesday:
Chinese Chicken, Fried rice, Broccoli Salad
Wednesday:
Meat Pie, Coleslaw
Thursday:
Beef Barley soup (w/ground beef), Whole Wheat Flat Bread
Friday:
Fettuccine Alfredo, Barbecued Farmer Sausage, 7 Layer Salad
Saturday/Sunday:
Pizza, Raw veggies, Dip
So there you have it! I don't have a recipe on how to cook a roast, how to mash potatoes, or how to cook carrots so I don't need to post Mondays.....Although I think it might be helpful for some of you out there if I would post my recipe on how to cut up lettuce:)...or maybe not...
I will post Tuesday's meal today as well as today's today...is that too many todays Mom?

Maybe you should share about how you cut up lettuce Ker. It REALLY helped ME to get it done faster :)
