- 1/2 cup mashed banana (about 1 large)
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup yogurt (any flavour, I use vanilla)
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup white flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup raisins ( or chocolate chips if you feel really generous :)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two cookie sheets
- In a large bowl, stir together banana, peanut butter, honey, yogurt and vanilla.
- In a small bowl, combine oats, flours, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- Stir the oat mixture into the banana mixture until combined. Adjust oats until dough is able to be dropped on a cookie sheet. Stir in raisins.
- Drop cookies onto cookie sheet
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
