Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies



  • 1/2 cup mashed banana (about 1 large)
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter 
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (any flavour, I use vanilla)
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup white flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup raisins ( or chocolate chips if you feel really generous :)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two cookie sheets
  2. In a large bowl, stir together banana, peanut butter, honey, yogurt and vanilla.
  3. In a small bowl, combine oats, flours, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  4. Stir the oat mixture into the banana mixture until combined. Adjust oats until dough is able to be dropped on a cookie sheet. Stir in raisins.
  5. Drop cookies onto cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
