Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Meatball Ingredients:
4 pounds ground beef
3 1/2 eggs :)
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
seasoning salt to taste

Sauce Ingredients:
8 cloves of garlic (2 tsp minced)
2 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup honey
6 tablespoons soy sauce

Method:
- Mix meatball ingredients
- Shape into one inch balls
- Place on baking pans, bake uncovered @ 400 degrees F for 12-15 min. or until meat is no longer pink
- In saucepan saute garlic in butter until tender
- Stir in the ketchup, honey and soy sauce
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 min.
- Drain meatballs and put in slow cooker
- Pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat
- Cook for an hour, or two... or three (the longer cooked, the better the meatballs taste!)
- Stir every 20 min. or so

Note: We usually double the sauce, because we like extra sauce to put on top of potatoes, keilke ect. But they taste great either way!

How do you half an egg?
I think I may try these here but in a smaller batch - ground beef is EXPENSIVE!
