Caramel Pudding

We went to my parents yesterday and I asked for this recipe that I had misplaced. I was so excited that she was able to find. This is one of my favorites. Served warm with ice cream it's....DELICIOUS!

Sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups water

Batter:
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. baking powder

- Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan. Boil for 8 minutes.
- Put sauce in cassarole dish
- Mix together batter ingredients
- Drop by spoonful into sauce
- Bake @ 350F for 20-30 min.

IT was DELICIOUS!!!! We had this for our after dinner dessert...We haven't had anything yet from your cooking blog we didn't ALL love!!!!
