1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 1/2 tbsp. strawberry Jello powder
1 pint strawberries
1 baked pie shell
- Mix cornstarch, sugar and water
- Cook over low heat until thick and clear looking
- Add Jello, mix well and cool
- Add strawberries
- Pour into baked pie shell
- Refrigerate several hours
- Serve with whipped cream if desired
