Golden Cream Soup

6 potatoes (cubed)
4 large carrots (diced)
4 stalks celery (sliced)
2 onions (chopped)
2 tbsp. parsley
6 cups water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. salt

4 cups milk
4 tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with water)
3 cups corn (we use frozen)
Chicken (cut up) (how ever much you have on hand)
1/2 bot velveeta cheese

-Boil first 7 ingredients until veggies are tender.
-Add milk, corn and chicken.
-Thicken with cornstarch and water.
-Put in cheese.
-Simmer.
