Peanut Buster Bars

1 box of Oreo baking crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margerine

1 - 2 Litre tub vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cup peanuts (optional, but strongly recommended:)

SAUCE:
2/3 cup chocolate chips
2 cups icing sugar
1 - 385 ml. can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter or magerine
1 tsp. vanilla

~Combine crumbs and margerine.
~Press into 9x13 inch cake pan (saving some for topping) and freeze.
~Spread ice cream over crumbs.
~Press peanuts into ice cream.
~Combine choco chips, sugar, milk and butter in saucepan.
~Bring to a boil, boil for 8 minutes stirring constantly.
~Add vanilla. Cool.
~Top cake with cooled sauce.
~Top with remaining crumbs.
~Return to freezer and let freeze at least 5 hours before serving
