9 cups chicken broth
6 carrots (diced)
1 onion
3 celery stalks
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sage
2 cups white rice
4 cups turkey or chicken (cooked)
3 cans tomato soup
1 ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- Mix chicken broth, carrots, onions, celery, thyme, sage and rice until veggies are soft.
- Add turkey/chicken, tomato soup and salt.
- Simmer for an hour
