Italian Cheese Bread

4 cups warm water
4 tbsp oil
4 tsp sugar
10 cups flour
4 tsp salt
4 tbsp yeast

- Mix water, oil and sugar in mixer.
-Add 1/2 of flour. Mix well.
-While still mixing sprinkle in yeast and salt.

-Add rest of flour until you have a soft dough.
-Mix for 5 minutes
-Roll out into 2 - 15x21 inch cookie sheets
-Let rise for 15-30 minutes, depending on desired thickness

1 cup Italian dressing
4 cups or more cheese

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregeno
1 tsp thyme

-Brush risen dough with Italian dressing
-Sprinkle on mixed spices
- Top with cheese
-Bake @ 425 F for 15 minutes or until golden brown
