Easy Enchiladas

This recipe complements Stacy and is tweaked by us:)

2 lbs ground beef
2 cloves garlic
2 chopped onions
1 can tomato soup
2 cups cooked rice

-Fry beef and veggies. Add soup and rice.

In separate bowl mix.
3 cans tomato soup
4-6 tbsp burrito seasoning
About 1/4 cup water for consistency

Tortilla shells

-Spread some sauce on bottom of 2 - 9 x 13 pans.
-Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll up, and put in pan.
-Spread rest of sauce over enchiladas

-Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
-Bake @ 350*f until cheese is bubbling
