Note: These cookies harden quickly so be sure to have pans ready before you start.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup margerine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
Method:
- Bring sugar, margerine, milk and cocoa to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly (very easy to burn).
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Quickly stir in peanut butter, oatmeal and coconut.
- Quickly drop into waxed papered cookie sheets.
- Freeze until done.
