Ingredients
2 cups butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
4 cups oatmeal
2 cups coconut
4 cups rice krispies
Method
- Mix butter and sugar
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Add flour, baking powder and baking soda
- Add oatmeal, coconut and rice krispies
- Bake 8-10 min. @ 350F

Have you made it without coconut? I think that is the only thing my kids don't like they eat everything! These cookies sound sooo good.
Haven't tried it without coconut. I imagine though you would just up the krispies or rolled oats a bit. Let me know if you try it!
