Raspberry Sauce

1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 Tbsp. butter

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Bring to boil.
Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Stir in raspberries
Boil 1 minute
Stir in butter until melted
Serve over french toast or pancakes
