Cinnamon Buns

Thanks to our friend Janet,
we've found the best cinnamon bun recipe ever!
1 cup warm water
2 cups scalded milk (cooled)
2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
6 cups flour (approx.)
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tsp salt
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
SAUCE
3/4 cup margerine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
6 Tbsp water
Boil for one minute and spread evenly in two 9 x 12 cake pans
Mix first five ingredients in Bosch machine
Add 3 cups of flour
Sprinkle in yeast and salt
Add remaining flour (or enough for a sticky dough)
Let rise 1/2 hour to 1 hour (if you knead dough in Bosch
for five minutes this step is not neccessary)
Divide dough in half
Roll out dough to 12 x 24 inches
Brush with margerine
Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over dough
Roll up the long way
Cut pieces one inch wide (bread knife or dental floss works well)
Put in pans on top of sauce (12 per pan)
Let rise 1/2 hour or until double in size
Bake @ 375F until browned (approx. 15 to 20 minutes)
Turn upside down onto cookie sheet
Cool and enjoy
NOTE:
Be careful not to under cook, or buns will be doughy
If you over cook, sauce will stick to your teeth
If you cook them just right they will be absolutely yummy
