Apple Crisp Pizza

Crust
Pastry for a single pie crust (9 inches)
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch wedges

Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine
Salt

Drizzle
1/2 cup caramel sauce

-Roll pastry out to fit a 12 inch pizza pan, fold edges under to give pizza a bit of a raised crust.
-Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium bowl, add apples, arrange apples in single layer over the crust.
-For the topping combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and margarine, mix well until it is the texture of wet sand, sprinkle over apples, sprinkle a little salt over the topping.
-Bake at 350F for 35-40 mins. Or until apples are tender.
-Remove form oven and drizzle caramel sauce on while it is still hot.
-Enjoy with some ice cream :)
