18 cups water
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. beef soup base
8 carrots
6 stalks celery
2 onions
2 lbs. fried hamburger (seasoned)
1 jar tomatoes (blended)
3 cans tomato soup
2/3 pkg. tortellini shells
-Boil water, salt and soup base.
-Add carrots, celery and onions.
-Cook till veggies are tender.
-Add hamburger, tomatoes and soup.
-10 min. before serving add tortellini shells.
