| seasoning salt | |
| 1 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | cup ketchup |
| 2 | tsp. worcestershire sauce |
-Cut bones and fat off of steak; cut into smaller pieces and put in roaster
-Sprinkle with salt
-Bake in roaster@350F with ½ inch. of water for 2 hours
-Mix sugar, ketchup, and W. sauce together
-Mix in with meat
-Bake another hour or so @350F
-EAT UP!
