When Josh was little, he called this his favourite casserole....and the name stuck.
So even though this probably isn't his favourite casserole anymore, it would be wrong to call it anything else!!!
1 1/2-2 lbs. hamburger
Seasoning salt
3-4 medium cooked and cubed potatoes
1-2 cups of corn (or any other veggies you want to throw in)
1-2 cans tomato soup
- Brown Hamburger, salt, drain
- Mix rest of ing. together
- Top with cheese and bake @350F till heated through and cheese is melted
