Beef Nacho Casserole

(Single recipe in brackets)


(2 1/2)
5 lbs. ground beef
(1)  (12 oz.) 2 ( 24 oz) chunky salsa
(1) 2 cups corn, thawed and drained
(3/4) 1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
(3/4) 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
(1/2) 1 cups crushed corn tortilla chips, divided
(1/2) 1 cups shredded cheese, divided

-Heat oven to 350F.
-Brown meat; drain
-Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
-Layer 1/2 each of meat mixture, chips, and cheese in 2 quart casserole dish.
-Repeat layers.
-Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
-Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.

I'm going to try this one night this week. The miracle whip must give it some kind of zing. I've never seen that ingredient in a dish like this.
