Pineapple Cake

Batter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tin crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla


-Mix together batter ingredients
-Place into deep 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet

Topping
1 1/3 cups coconut
1/2 cup walnuts

-Mix together topping. Sprinkle on top of cake batter
-Bake @ 350F for 20-25 minutes
-While cake is baking mix together glaze ingredients


Glaze
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla

-Boil for 2 min. stirring constantly
-Spread on cake while cake is still warm
