Seasoning Salt
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Ketchup
2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Cut bone and fat off of streak and cut into smaller pieces.
- Sprinkle with salt .
- Bake @ 350 in roaster with 1/2 inch water for 2 hrs.
- Mix sugar, Ketchup, and worcestershire sauce together.
- Mix in with meat.
- Bake another hour or so @350.

Hawaiian Style Farmer Sausage
1 ring farmer sausage (about 1 1/2 pounds), sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 red pepper, cut in chunks
1 cans tomato soup
1 can tomatoes
1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits (398 ml / 14 oz), drain and reserve juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
-Slice farmer sausage into chunks. Cook in oven
-In a frying pan add to farmer sausage drippings, celery, onions, and peppers and cook until tendercrisp.
-Add tomatoes, soup, pineapple, seasonings, sugar and soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
-Blend cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice. Add to simmering sausage dish and cook for 2 minutes.
-Serve on a bed of rice.

Oven Barbecued Steak

Fettuccine Alfredo
Homemade Pasta
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. olive oil (or veg. oil)
4 1/2 quarts water
- Mix flour and salt in medium bowl.
- Make a well in center of flour mixture.
- Mix in eggs, 1/4 cup water and oil thoroughly. (if dough is to dry, mix in a few drops water; if dough is to sticky, mix in a small amount of flour)
- Gather dough into a ball.
- Knead on floured surface about 5 min. until smooth and elastic.
- Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
- Roll one part at a time into paper thin rectangle on generously floured surface (keep remaining dough covered).
- Loosely fold rectangle lengthwise into thirds.
- Cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips.
- Unfold strips and place in single layer on towels.
- Let stand at least 30 min. until dry.
(if using pasta machine, pass dough through machine until 1/16 inch thick.)
- Heat 4 1/2 quarts of water (salted if desired) to boiling in large pan.
- Add pasta, boil uncovered for 3-5 min. or until firm but tender, drain.
- Begin testing for doneness when pasta rises to surface of water.
*if using self rising flour omit the 1/2 tsp. salt.

1/2 cup (heavy) whipping cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
-Heat margarine and whipping cream in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until margarine is melted.
-Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.

~Fill container with water and shake until mixed well
~ Put drippings in electric frying pan and add flour mix
~Add 1 1/2 - 2 shakers of hot water
~Turn pan to 4, add soup base.
~Stir constantly until bubbling.
~Add salts to taste
NOTE: You may have to adjust water or flour according to desired thickness.

Red Raspberry Dressing
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup raspberry juice
1Tbsp. grated onion
1 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed.
Pour over lettuce salad.
Maple Syrup
2 cups boiling water
4 cups sugar (we use about half this amount)
1 tsp. mapleine
Heat to serve.

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp. butter
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Bring to boil.
Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Stir in raspberries
Boil 1 minute
Stir in butter until melted
Serve over french toast or pancakes
