No Bake Energy Bites

1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
Up to 4 Tbsp. Water as needed
1 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 ground flax
6 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips (optional)

-Mix together peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder and enough water to make a thick paste.
-Add oats, coconut, flax and chocolate chips. Mix well.
-Shape into 1 inch balls.
